This was a very confronting experience as we were reminded of the horrors that occurred during this time.
Then we moved on to Berchtesgadn through Austria and back into Germany! The alps were an amazing site to see as we drove closer. This truly is a beautiful country.
We took an amazing boat road on the Konigsee to St Bartholoma. This was a glacial lake and the views of the ice melt off the mountains was amazing.

Another fantastic day finished off by a trip to the thermal baths. This was a great experience of German culture in saunas and spas.
